How long does payout processing take? ▾
Payouts are processed within 24 hours of approval for Wire/ACH and Wise. Crypto payouts (USDC, BTC, ETH) are typically sent within 4 hours.
Can I get a refund if I fail? ▾
Challenge fees are non-refundable once the account is activated and trading begins. However, you can purchase an account reset for 75% of the original fee to restart your challenge.
I lost access to my account — what do I do? ▾
Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page to reset your password via email. If you no longer have access to your email, contact support directly with your name and registration details.
